Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator supports the talent acquisition team by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer processes, and recruiting events to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full interview scheduling process between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
- Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork accurately and promptly
- Maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Partner with the recruiting team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the candidate experience
- Coordinate and support recruiting events such as career fairs and campus recruiting activities
Requirements
- Experience in managing the full interview scheduling process, acting as a central point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Ability to draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to candidates.
- Proficiency in maintaining the integrity of candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is current and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with a diverse range of candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve logistical challenges before they arise.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
