Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global marketing campaigns for virtualization solutions
Lead solution launch activities and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategies
Create high-impact messaging and content for sales, support, and communications teams
Enable sales teams and channel partners with sales tools, training, and positioning guides
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize marketing investments and align campaign efforts
Requirements
Demonstrated expertise in leading high-growth B2B technology marketing functions, with a mastery of positioning products within the virtualization, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure domains.
Ability to translate deep technical concepts into compelling business narratives for IT audiences, backed by a strong understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
Proven track record of building cross-functional alliances with Sales and Product leaders to influence product roadmaps and drive cohesive organizational GTM (Go-To-Market) alignment.
Expert written and verbal communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality content that drives specific business outcomes and KPIs.
Experience in developing and executing global marketing campaigns, including launching new solutions for virtualization portfolios and enabling field and channel partners to bring solutions to market.
Experience in defining GTM strategies leveraging customer insights, industry knowledge, and competitive intelligence, in collaboration with Commercial and Enterprise segment leaders.
Experience in creating high-velocity sales tools such as battlecards, positioning guides, and training modules to empower sales teams and channel partners.
Ability to work primarily in an in-office environment at the Santa Clara, CA office, in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
