Job Description

The Product Marketing Director for AI Solutions at Pure Storage will lead the marketing strategy and execution for AI products, focusing on positioning, messaging, and launching new solutions while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive demand and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Bring AI solutions to market through effective positioning and messaging.
  • Launch new solutions for the AI portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Commercial Segment teams to develop AI solutions.
  • Define clear and differentiated messaging for AI solutions.
  • Drive marketing campaign strategies and lead solution launch activities.
  • Develop engaging content for Sales, Customer Support, and other teams.
  • Work with segment leaders to define go-to-market strategy and prioritized solutions.
  • Align with marketing leadership to prioritize campaign investments.
  • Oversee the development of content for sales training, positioning, and FAQs.
  • Act as an advocate and spokesperson for Pure Storage internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B technology marketing experience, skilled in positioning products for both business decision makers and technical audiences, preferably in analytics or related SaaS businesses.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise infrastructure sales and IT audiences, with a bonus for additional experience in infrastructure or data storage.
  • Demonstrated experience and success in messaging, positioning, and content development in support of AI solutions.
  • 10 years of experience in product or solution marketing at a fast growing company.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with various internal partners, including product marketing, field marketing, and sales.
  • Strong technical depth and ability to learn quickly, balanced with sharp business sense.
  • Willingness to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies.
