Job Description
The role involves leading full-cycle university and early-career recruitment efforts across EMEA, building partnerships with universities, organizing recruiting events, sourcing diverse talent, and managing professional hiring to support the company's growth in the data storage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for university and early-career candidates
- Build partnerships with top universities and represent the company at campus events
- Organize and attend hiring events and student meetups
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels to build diverse talent pipelines
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Use data and market insights to improve hiring speed and quality
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System for reporting and compliance
- Promote internal mobility and employee referrals, coaching managers and employees
Requirements
- Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech environment, hiring for Engineering and or corporate functions in EMEA, ideally with previous experience in campus recruitment.
- Deep understanding of the full technical recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building through offer, negotiation, and close.
- Strong understanding of the software engineering landscape and ability to discuss technical concepts to assess candidates' experience.
- Proven sourcing expertise, including advanced use of social media, professional networks, and Boolean search to find and engage talent.
- Ability to influence and coach stakeholders, using data and market insights to shape hiring decisions and priorities.
- Comfort operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with a high bar for talent, while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.
- Ability and willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
