This role involves leading the transformation and optimization of global Order Management processes through automation, process improvement, and system enhancements, partnering with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to drive scalable and efficient order-to-cash operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient global Order Management processes.
Drive automation and process improvements using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, EDI, AI RPA, and other automation tools.
Collaborate with business owners to document, maintain, and evolve the global OM service catalog, policies, and workflows.
Coach and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders through transformative change initiatives.
Measure, monitor, and report on key process metrics to improve process maturity and performance.
Partner with IT teams to define requirements, support system enhancements, and assist with ERP system implementations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Order Management, Global Operations, or Process Optimization Excellence, with proven experience implementing order automation, EDI, or AI-enabled workflow tools.
A process certification in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodology is required, with Green Belt or higher certification preferred.
Strong experience with Business Process Management (BPM), process design mapping, cross-functional project management, and significant experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive large-scale transformation across diverse teams, and articulate complex issues into clear, actionable recommendations for executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
