Requirements
Proven expertise in Data Infrastructure with advanced proficiency in enterprise storage deployments including Block, File, and Object storage, and a deep understanding of how private and public cloud storage use cases intersect with modern business needs.
Ability to define and drive the integration vision by leading the long-term strategy and roadmap for cloud-enabled storage architectures, ensuring sustainable differentiation through deep integration with hybrid-cloud and virtualized environments.
Experience partnering with key technology vendors and partners to influence their roadmaps, ensuring storage systems are the primary choice for automated, infrastructure-as-code deployments.
Ability to enable global market success by equipping sales and channel partners with the competitive intelligence and technical frameworks needed to win enterprise accounts and accelerate product adoption.
Experience conducting deep-market research and establishing continuous feedback loops to prioritize features that solve high-stakes challenges in block, file, and object storage across public and private clouds.
Ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept inception to delivery, working closely with the executive team to establish project goals aligned with broader business objectives.
Proficiency in navigating automation frameworks and infrastructure-as-code deployments within enterprise or public cloud environments to create frictionless user experiences.
Demonstrated strategic leadership and influence with a history of developing product visions and execution plans that drive measurable results, supported by the ability to communicate complex strategies to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
Strong critical problem-solving skills with the ability to think both tactically and strategically in a rapid-paced environment, managing shifting priorities without losing sight of product-market fit or technical excellence.
Location requirement to work primarily from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
