The role involves leading the development and execution of storage-as-a-service products for hyperscaler cloud platforms, driving business growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative cloud storage solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the product roadmap for the new storage services business unit targeting hyperscaler clouds.
Manage the end-to-end health of the public cloud storage-as-a-service business, including setting OKRs and growth targets.
Translate market and competitive analysis into technical requirements for cloud-native and hybrid storage deployments.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance) to deliver high-quality services on schedule.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and partners to drive customer adoption and expansion.
Act as a technical spokesperson to communicate the value and vision of Everpure technology to stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
Proven ability to conceive and execute complex infrastructure projects within SaaS or Cloud environments, with a focus on block and file-based storage offerings and cloud marketplace motions.
Deep understanding of AI-driven data management and technologies as well as traditional virtualization database landscapes, combined with the analytical skills to translate data into business opportunities.
Exceptional ability to communicate concisely and persuasively across all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration between technical teams and field-facing sales organizations.
A high bias for action and a history of driving successful field programs, with a relentless focus on improving performance metrics and customer journey outcomes.
Ability to own the end-to-end health of the public cloud storage-as-a-service business, including setting OKRs and growth targets to ensure capturing and exceeding market share in a multi-billion dollar addressable market.
Experience in translating deep market and competitive analysis into actionable technical requirements, ensuring cloud-native and hybrid deployments solve evolving customer needs and outpace industry trends.
Experience acting as a cross-functional leader, acting as the quarterback between Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver high-quality services on time, and leading operational rhythm of business reporting and trend analysis.
Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and ecosystem partners to define use-case-centric models that drive customer adoption, renewal, and expansion across the global install base.
Experience serving as a key spokesperson and technical influencer, delivering compelling narratives to executive leadership, partners, and customers to drive alignment and brand authority.
Location requirement: Must work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
