As our Enablement Manager within the PEAK team, you will act as the strategic connector and operational catalyst driving education, certification, and knowledge adoption across Everpure’s global Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem. Thriving at the intersection of programmatic strategy and creative marketing, your core purpose is to design and personally execute go-to-market strategies that maximize engagement with our learning solutions. You will navigate ambiguity to build repeatable enablement structures, partnering cross-functionally with global delivery teams and enterprise Marketing to accelerate internal readiness and customer value. By translating technical training roadmaps into intuitive, high-visibility campaigns, you will directly influence team effectiveness and organizational scale.
Architect the PEAK Go-To-Market & Awareness Strategy: Design and execute the global awareness, positioning, and communications roadmap for all new learning paths, certifications, and knowledge assets to drive rapid marketplace consumption.
Orchestrate End-to-End Program Enablement: Lead the execution of cross-functional programs, managing project plans, milestone dependencies, and operational readiness tracks while balancing strategic design with day-to-day administrative execution.
Drive Creative Content & Collateral Engineering: Collaborate as the primary liaison to corporate Marketing to design and develop creative promotional collateral, digital assets, and engagement solutions that clearly guide audiences on how to utilize PEAK services.
Support Organizational Change Management: Partner with the Change Management Center of Excellence to track deliverables, build enablement frameworks, and create training resources that systematically minimize organizational friction during major program launches.
Transform Performance Feedback into Actionable Insights: Oversee the end-to-end global survey architecture, analyzing participant feedback and program metrics across corporate dashboards to deliver executive-ready operational recommendations.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, enablement, learning & development, communications, or related roles.
Cross-Functional Program & Enablement Mastery: Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder project lifecycles, structured learning initiatives, corporate communications campaigns, or go-to-market enablement frameworks in a fast-paced technology ecosystem.
Operational Process Architecture: Proven success navigating ambiguous environments by creating operational clarity, documenting structured workflows, and engineering engagement collateral from scratch with a strong eye for detail.
Collaborative Change & Training Delivery: Practical familiarity coordinating multi-tiered training programs, designing learning assets, and guiding international teams through process changes and platform adoption cycles.
Data Synthesis & Analytical Evaluation: Strong analytical skills with exposure to survey administration suites, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and reporting methodologies to translate qualitative data into structured business reports.
Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Utah, North Carolina or Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
