Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage reseller and technology alliance relationships in the SLED sector
Recruit, develop, and manage business relationships with reseller partners in designated regions
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to promote products and drive revenue
Create strategies and lead efforts to maximize product sell-through within channel partners
Manage sales orders and communicate product updates to partners
Conduct contract negotiations and define partner sales plans
Drive partner sales growth through training, support, and best practices
Stay informed on competitive landscape and industry trends
Attend sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows to promote products and partnerships
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing Reseller and Distributor Channels
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or software engineering
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency
Excellent time management and communication skills
Desire to drive change and evangelize new technologies
Passion for post-sales customer success
Knowledge of the storage industry specifically Fibre Channel, NFS, and Enterprise Storage architectures
