The Journey Orchestration Lead is responsible for designing and implementing personalized, automated multi-channel marketing journeys using customer data platforms and marketing automation tools to enhance buyer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Design and blueprint end-to-end automated multi-channel buyer journeys
Define and implement business rules for real-time engagement within CDP and marketing automation tools
Build, QA, and deploy event-triggered marketing programs across web, paid media, and email channels
Establish and monitor A/B testing strategies to optimize journey performance and conversion rates
Ensure data quality, naming conventions, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA for automated assets
Requirements
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in B2B marketing automation specifically Marketo Engage and a deep understanding of how to integrate these tools with Salesforce and data warehouses.
Proven ability to translate complex data schemas, predictive scores, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) outputs into actionable journey logic and segmented audience triggers.
A track record of redesigning cross-functional processes and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Digital Transformation to build scalable buyer experience frameworks.
Strong fluency in multivariate testing and optimization techniques, with the ability to turn in-journey metrics into strategic recommendations for leadership.
Experience in designing and blueprinting end-to-end automated multi-channel journeys in collaboration with Journey Managers and Product Marketing.
Ability to define Next Best Action Logic and implement complex business rules within marketing automation tools and CDP based on behavioral and demographic signals.
Experience in leading the build, QA, and deployment of event-triggered programs in Marketo and Adobe, ensuring seamless delivery of dynamic content across web, paid media, and email channels.
Ability to establish and monitor a rigorous A/B testing roadmap to optimize journey performance and improve conversion rates.
Ownership of governance standards including naming conventions, quality control, and data compliance with GDPR and CCPA for all automated assets.
Willingness and ability to work primarily in-office at the Santa Clara location in accordance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
