The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware and software onboarding/offboarding, resolving technical incidents, and supporting workplace technology for the EMEA region to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for UK and EMEA regions, provisioning hardware and access.
Resolve Tier 1 hardware and software incidents across Mac OS X and Windows environments within SLAs.
Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and shipment of IT assets across multiple countries.
Identify and implement automation opportunities in account provisioning and system management.
Provide on-site and remote support for collaboration tools and AV hardware to ensure operational connectivity.
Requirements
Proven experience supporting Mac OS X, Windows 11, and mobile platforms such as iOS and Android, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in these environments.
Experience managing cloud-based enterprise solutions including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
Strong background in IT Helpdesk operations using ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, with a comprehensive understanding of hardware asset management from procurement to secure decommissioning.
Practical experience with Active Directory, endpoint security management tools such as Crowdstrike and Zscaler, and MDM solutions like JAMF or Airwatch to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Ability to independently manage multiple shifting priorities, resolve escalations professionally, and communicate technical updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to work primarily from the Staines London office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including hardware provisioning and access management.
Experience resolving Tier 1 hardware and software incidents within established SLAs to minimize downtime for a global workforce.
Experience coordinating procurement, inventory management, and shipment of IT assets across multiple countries including Ireland, South Africa, and the UAE.
Ability to identify automation opportunities in account provisioning and system management to improve operational workflows.
Experience providing on-site and remote support for collaboration tools such as Zoom Rooms, AV hardware, and telecommunications equipment.
