This role involves leading change management and enablement initiatives to integrate AI and machine learning tools into marketing and go-to-market operations, driving adoption, efficiency, and strategic transformation across enterprise teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute change management and enablement strategies for GTM and AI initiatives in Marketing and Operations.
Develop and deliver enablement programs, training content, processes, and communication to support transformation efforts.
Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and productivity impact of AI and process changes.
Lead ongoing enablement activities including content creation, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Integrate AI-powered learning tools and promote responsible AI experimentation within workflows.
Drive the adoption and integration of AI tools into daily marketing and operations processes to enhance efficiency and insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or a related field
10 years of experience in B2B enterprise, SaaS, or technology organizations across Marketing, Sales, Operations, or GTM functions
Experience implementing change management strategies for Buying Group Demand Funnels at enterprise companies
Experience driving transformation leveraging and driving adoption of Machine Learning and AI
Proven expertise in organizational change management with demonstrated experience applying structured frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR
Strong understanding of AI tools, generative AI models, Agent development and automation, and use cases for GTM and marketing operations
Demonstrated success implementing AI solutions and measuring impact through adoption, engagement, and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and machine learning concepts into approachable, actionable messaging for non-technical audiences
Experience developing enablement programs that combine virtual employee training, live coaching, and data-driven insights
Proficiency in tools such as Google Gemini, Enterprise ChatGPT, Synthesia, Workday Learning, and analytics dashboards for program measurement
Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
Strategic, data-driven, organized, and action-oriented mindset
Change Management certification such as Prosci or equivalent (preferred)
