Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and account strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
Manage and improve forecast accuracy through regular reviews and coaching
Maintain healthy sales pipeline coverage and deal progression
Build and lead a scalable, high-performing sales organization and culture
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at customers and partners
Lead executive-level alignment and resolution in strategic or escalated opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as support, marketing, and partners to deliver customer value
Requirements
10 or more years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience leading and managing sales organizations
Hands-on experience in forecasting and pipeline management
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders at customers and partners
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English communication skills
Ability to develop and execute sales and account strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Ability to identify sustainable growth opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
Ability to conduct regular forecast reviews and provide ongoing coaching to Account Executives to improve forecast accuracy and predictability
Ability to maintain healthy pipeline coverage, deal progression, and overall forecast quality
Ability to deliver clear, transparent, and accountable reporting to senior management
Experience developing, coaching, and evaluating sales professionals to enhance performance and engagement
Ability to build a scalable and sustainable sales organization and culture
Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders at customers and partners
Experience leading executive-level alignment and resolution in strategic or escalated opportunities
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams such as SE, Partner, Marketing, and Support to deliver customer value
Fluent-level English proficiency to actively participate in discussions, articulate viewpoints, and drive alignment with global stakeholders
