This role involves leading the operational implementation of Everpure's global partner program, translating strategy into scalable, cross-functional processes, and ensuring program execution, readiness, and consistency across systems and partner segments.
Key Responsibilities
Translate partner program strategy into scalable operational plans and ensure full operationalization across systems, tools, and processes
Own the execution health, readiness, and implementation of the partner program
Align cross-functional teams to execute a unified partner program plan and resolve structural gaps
Ensure system and operational readiness by validating program design in tools, workflows, and documentation
Standardize and ensure consistent operationalization of the program across different partner segments
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor program performance, risks, and operational health
Requirements
Proven experience operating at an enterprise level, driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations within a technology company.
Significant experience in partner programs, channel operations, or go-to-market strategy within a technology company.
Demonstrated ability to translate partner program strategy into scalable operational execution and implement cross-functional implementation plans.
Strong understanding of partner program components including tiering, incentives, competencies, lifecycle management, and governance.
Experience translating partner program strategy into a scalable, enterprise-ready operating model that works consistently across systems, processes, and functions.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning VP-level leaders across functions.
Track record of resolving complex, systemic challenges and driving organizational change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts into executive-level insights.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities.
High degree of ownership, accountability, and bias for action.
Ability to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies (or as specified in the role).
