Job Description

The Content Strategy Manager is responsible for developing and executing audience-aligned content plans, collaborating across teams to create high-quality marketing assets, leveraging AI tools for content production, and managing multi-channel content delivery to support Everpure's data storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Translate audience insights into high-quality, actionable content for core segments.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content plans and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Create comprehensive content kits, including activation components like social posts and collateral.
Utilize AI tools to produce drafts and derivative content, ensuring strategic framing and brand consistency.
Develop detailed content briefs for writers and AI tools, including CTAs, proof points, and topic clusters.
Manage multi-channel content delivery by coordinating review and approval processes with Content Operations.

Requirements

Proven Content Strategy Experience: Substantial experience in B2B content marketing or strategy, with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse volume of projects from ideation to completion.
Collaborative Problem Solving: A track record of working effectively with internal partners to understand audience needs and translate them into effective marketing collateral.
AI Adaptability: Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and a strong editorial eye to ensure all output meets Everpure s brand standards and strategic goals.
Project Management Discipline: Strong organizational skills with the ability to navigate complex workflows and use data to suggest improvements to content performance.
Location Requirement: Ability to work primarily in-office at the Raleigh office in compliance with Everpure s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
