This role involves leading technical sales and enablement efforts in the Cyber Resilience space, including developing solutions content, engaging with clients and partners, and providing expert guidance to drive sales and adoption of storage and cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create field-facing solutions content such as technical walkthroughs, deep dives, and qualification guides for Cyber Resilience solutions.
Develop and deliver enablement materials and webinars to educate the field, partners, and customers on Cyber Resilience offerings.
Participate in customer-facing activities including calls, demos, proof of concepts, and strategy sessions to support sales opportunities.
Stay informed about advancements in internal and external Cyber Resilience products and market landscape.
Contribute to solutions roadmap discussions and provide feedback from the field to product management.
Oversee field testing of solutions to gather practical insights and bridge gaps between solutions and applications.
Provide post-sales expert support and guidance on Cyber Resilience solutions.
Partner with sales engineering leaders to facilitate communication and feedback.
Inspire and motivate the sales team to adopt Pure Storage solutions and achieve sales success.
Requirements
Ten (10) years of pre-sales experience in Information Technology.
Strong understanding of infrastructure servers, networking, storage, and related technologies.
Deep technical acumen in the Cyber Resilience space, including knowledge of the landscape and Pure Storage solutions.
Understanding and application of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) requirements across multiple verticals.
Expertise with common data protection products such as Commvault, Veeam, DELL EMC, Rubrik, etc.
Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.
Certifications such as ISC2 SSCP or CISSP are a plus.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory and other locations throughout the US and abroad.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
