Job Description

The role involves leading technical strategy, team development, and client engagement for global accounts in the financial services industry, focusing on pre-sales activities, solution delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the technical strategy for global accounts within the Financial Services vertical.
  • Lead and develop a high-performance technical pre-sales team.
  • Drive operational excellence through data analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with product development and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for strategic initiatives across extended teams.
  • Achieve sales and solution development goals by guiding resources and closing deals.
  • Communicate with executive leadership to align business objectives and strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure long-term success of global accounts.
  • Act as a technical advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service.

Requirements

  • A proven leader of direct and globally matrixed teams demonstrating 5 successful years of global field technical leadership.
  • Advanced skill set and experience delivering world class technical solutions for the financial services industry.
  • Supporting large Financial Services accounts with a proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions that deliver against business outcomes for closing Global Enterprise customers.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Everpure s portfolio with the ability to take a holistic approach to create business solutions for customers.
  • Credibility, savvy, and influence to both understand and scale up and down a customer s organization.
  • The ability to adeptly navigate around a global account and quickly understand the internal dynamics.
  • Proven success at effectively alternating between player and coach to drive results.
  • Strong background in leading teams, strategy, and execution for technical sales.
  • Experience in defining and executing the overall technical strategy for global accounts, aligning it with organizational goals and financial targets.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a high-performance technical pre-sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and solution applicability.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence through data-driven analysis, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Principal Engineers, Field Solutions Architects, and Customer Success to align technical strategies with product development and customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Providing technical leadership and oversight to extended teams aligned with strategic accounts to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Ability to hold teams and oneself accountable to achieve challenging goals while anticipating future market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to establish open and trusting relationships.
  • Experience in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure long-term account success.
  • Acting as a technical advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
