As the Channel Sales Director for the METCA region , you will be the primary architect of Everpure’s Ecosystem growth across the most diverse and high-potential territories in the world, including the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, CEE (Central & Eastern Europe), and the CIS .
This is not a transactional management role. It requires a Transformation Leader responsible for evolving the legacy hardware narrative into a modern, cloud-native, and aaS-driven powerhouse. Managing a sophisticated and highly capable team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs), you will drive them to move beyond a business as usual approach, toward high-value technology adoption (Portworx, Pure Fusion, 1touch), bridging the gap between regional field teams and specialised units (Field CTOs, Portworx specialists, and SE's) to build vibrant, self-sustaining technical communities across the region.
• Proven Transformation Experience: 5+ years of successful Channel Leadership in a mix of core IT infrastructure technology, Cloud, and Disruptive Technology with a demonstrable track record of successfully evolving a channel’s focus from legacy tech to revolutionary high-growth solutions.
• Personal Influence & Network: A heavy footprint of deep, long-standing relationships with the most influential channel partners and distributors across METCA, CEE, and CIS . You are more than just a known and respected entity in these markets, you are the moon on the tides.
• Architect Mindset: You don't just follow a GTM plan; you build one. You have experience identifying new routes to success, can identify partner stagnation before it happens, and are astute at implementing recovery and acceleration plans.
• Complex Resource Orchestration: Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary resources - Field CTOs, HCI/Kubernetes/aaS/storage sales specialists, and SE's to execute complex, multi-year sales strategies leading to above expectation growth.
• Operational Rigour: Mastery of CRM hygiene and analytical tools to provide weekly activity reviews, ensuring the team is focused on high-yield activities rather than administrative tasks.
• Resilient Communicator: Passionate and persuasive, with the ability to articulate complex modern data value propositions to both a technical admin and a CFO.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture.
• Communication Skills: Fluent, Business Level, written and spoken Language Skills in both English and Arabic
• Customer Focus: While this is contractually an office based role in Everpure's Dubai office, you should be driven by a desire to be at Channel Partners of every size and in every location across METCA, with Partner colleagues locally or across EMEA, and with customers at every possible opportunity.
