Requirements
- Industry background: Significant Pre-Sales and/or Customer Success experience in Oil & Gas or a closely related industrial environment.
- Solution experience: Proven track record in selling, scoping or managing complex APM, industrial software, industrial IoT or robotics solutions.
- Business value focus: Able to build ROI cases and present business value credibly to plant leadership, operational stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
- Project leadership: Strong structured project management skills, including success plans, milestone tracking and cross-functional coordination.
- Stakeholder management: Comfortable working across Sales, technical teams and enterprise customer stakeholders in complex environments.
- Communication: Strong communicator who can engage credibly with a wide range of audiences, from site teams and engineers through to executives.
- Technical credibility: Engineering degree or comparable technical background, with enough technical grounding to work effectively across product, solution and deployment topics.
- Travel: Willingness to travel approx. 50% of time to customer sites to support strategic alignment and solution success.
