Job Description
A Business Systems Analyst focused on HR technology, responsible for managing and optimizing talent management, workforce planning, and recruitment systems to improve HR processes and support strategic talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and serve as the primary contact for Talent Management, ATS, CRM, and Workforce Planning systems.
- Define and execute a multi-year technology roadmap in collaboration with HR and IT.
- Translate business requirements into functional and scalable system solutions.
- Support system integrations to ensure seamless data flow between HR systems and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and documentation.
- Build and automate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven talent decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HR Technology Specialist supporting Talent or People systems.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, or SmartRecruiters; Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Gem, Beamery, or Avature; Talent Management systems such as Workday Talent, SuccessFactors, or Cornerstone; and enterprise-grade Workforce Planning solutions.
- Proven experience leading HR technology projects from design through delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR process flows across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills to extract insights and tell a story with data.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global organization.
- Physical ability and willingness to work from the Prague office in compliance with company policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
