Job Description
The role involves developing and managing the Commvault business at Pure Storage by driving pipeline and revenue, coordinating sales and marketing programs, and collaborating with sales teams to promote joint opportunities in the data protection sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Commvault business through program management, sales support, and enablement training.
- Drive pipeline and revenue for Commvault across Pure Storage field teams.
- Act as a liaison between Commvault and Pure Storage sales teams to facilitate collaboration.
- Create and manage programs that incorporate Commvault into Pure Storage sales activities.
- Collaborate with regional teams for planning and delivering joint programs and campaigns.
- Build relationships with sales teams to encourage joint opportunities and revenue growth.
- Manage sales and pre-sales relationships, programs, and activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate joint account team meetings between Pure Storage and Commvault account teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Pure Storage sales or Sales Development role
- Proven track record of campaign creation, execution and program management
- Solid understanding of Pure Storage Sales operations and product lines
- Experience working with partners and evangelising them inside Pure s North America Sales
- Strong Salesforce knowledge and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of how to work with Pure Storage Sales teams, programs and campaigns
- Ability to support all sales groups within Pure Storage
- Ability to execute on business plans related to Sales pipeline generation and bookings
- Ability to create and deliver new programs and campaigns that benefit both Commvault and Pure Storage
- Ability to capture mindshare of Pure Storage Sales teams through awareness and enablement training
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
- Strong communication abilities between Pure and Commvault team members
- Cross-team collaboration and motivational skills
- Work from the Chicago office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave

Annual base salary range of $77,000 to $116,200 USD
