Job Description
The role involves developing and managing the Rubrik data protection business at Pure Storage in North America by driving sales, creating programs, and collaborating with sales teams to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow the Rubrik business at Pure Storage in North America through program management and sales support
- Act as a liaison between Rubrik and Pure Storage North America Sales teams to facilitate collaboration
- Create and manage programs to include Rubrik in Pure Storage sales activities
- Communicate Rubrik's value proposition related to Pure Storage offerings
- Develop relationships with sales teams to encourage joint opportunity collaboration
- Discover, evaluate, and recommend activities to increase pipeline and revenue
- Manage sales and pre-sales relationships, programs, and activities in a fast-paced environment
- Facilitate joint account team interlocks between Pure Storage and Rubrik account teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pure Storage sales or Sales Development role
- Proven track record of campaign creation, execution and program management
- Solid understanding of Pure Storage Sales operations and product lines
- Experience working with partners and evangelising them inside Pure s North America Sales
- Strong Salesforce knowledge and reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with Pure Storage Sales teams, programs and campaigns
- Ability to support all sales groups within Pure Storage
- Ability to execute on business plans related to Sales pipeline generation and bookings
- Ability to create and deliver new programs and campaigns that benefit Rubrik and Pure Storage
- Ability to capture mindshare of Pure Storage Sales teams through awareness and enablement training
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
- Strong communication abilities between Pure and Rubrik team members
- Cross-team collaboration and motivational skills
- Work from the Chicago office in compliance with Pure Storage policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave
- Salary range of $134,000 to $202,000 USD (role, level, and location dependent)
- Candidates must meet all the above requirements to be considered for the role
