This role involves leading strategic sales and account management efforts to drive revenue growth and modernization initiatives within public sector government accounts, particularly in the Defense sector, by building relationships, delivering outcome-based solutions, and navigating complex procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic vision and revenue growth for Public Sector Central Government accounts
Drive new business growth through prospecting, sales cycle management, and closing deals
Apply consultative, outcome-based selling to develop tailored solutions for government agencies
Build and maintain trusted relationships with government executives and decision-makers
Manage account expansion through cross-selling, upselling, and developing multi-year account plans
Ensure operational excellence by leveraging sales tools, collaborating with internal teams, and navigating procurement and compliance processes
Requirements
Proven Sales Hunter Mentality with a strong track record of acquiring new logos and driving account expansion in complex, highly regulated public sector environments, including ability to identify and close white space opportunities across large government organizations.
Ability to lead the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing, consistently exceeding quota expectations within a complex, sovereign environment.
Deep experience in strategic account planning and stakeholder mapping, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders within large government structures and lead multi-year strategies.
Expertise in leading business-focused, outcome-based conversations, including building compelling ROI and TCO business cases, and guiding customers through technical and organizational transformation.
Understanding of storage technologies, cloud computing, and modern data center architecture, with the ability to translate technology into mission outcomes for Defense environments, including familiarity with sovereign data, cybersecurity, and high-availability requirements.
Strong ownership and strategic thinking skills, with high intrinsic motivation, emotional intelligence, resilience, and discipline in planning, execution, pipeline management, and results delivery.
Ability to operate with business fluency in both French and English to enable effective collaboration with domestic public-sector stakeholders and international internal teams.
This role requires in-office presence in Paris, France, unless on PTO, business travel, or approved leave.
