Job Description
The role involves developing new business and managing customer relationships as an Account Executive in the enterprise storage technology sector, with a focus on driving sales, collaborating with partners, and executing strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote all-flash enterprise storage solutions to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to acquire new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently

Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Business fluent proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English
- Understanding of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
