Job Description
The role involves developing new business and promoting innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions by building strong customer relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with partners to achieve sales targets in the enterprise sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote innovative all-flash enterprise storage solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to acquire new customers
- Manage sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Collaborate with channel, GSI, and ecosystem partners to position products
- Develop and implement strategies to close deals consistently
- Present proposals highlighting the benefits of Pure Storage solutions
Requirements
- 8 years of field sales experience
- Experience with direct and indirect sales on Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with Channel, GSI, and Ecosystem Partners
- Advanced prospecting skills in engaging new customers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Business fluent proficiency in German
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong drive for sales and relationship building
- Ability to develop and implement account strategies to close deals consistently
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud computing and Data Centre Architecture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Physical and mental capacity to perform sales activities and client engagements
