Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account plans to acquire new customers and maximize revenue.
Promote and communicate the value of all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers in Japan's social infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure industry-leading satisfaction.
Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Lead project teams and leverage internal resources to drive customer success and solution implementation.
Requirements
At least five years of corporate sales experience, primarily focused on new customer acquisition or business development.
Proven history of consistently exceeding targets and delivering business results strong enough to earn recommendations from customers and partners.
Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Sincerity and passion to engage earnestly with customers primarily in Japan's social infrastructure sectors including electric power, gas, transportation, and construction, and to deeply understand their business challenges.
Ability to apply insight, creativity, and a challenger mindset to propose solutions to customer challenges by leveraging technical knowledge and Pure's product portfolio across a broad territory.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to build and deepen trusted relationships.
Strategic planning and execution capabilities aimed at maximizing revenue and improving operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
Experience managing and developing account plans that fully leverage internal resources, lead project teams, and drive the acquisition of new customers.
