Key Responsibilities
Promote all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers in Japan's social infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute account plans to leverage internal resources and lead project teams for new customer acquisition.
Manage sales pipeline to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
Communicate the value of Everpure's solutions effectively to various stakeholders from executive leadership to operational teams.
Apply strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue and operational efficiency within assigned territories.
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and collaborate with internal and external teams.
Continuously engage with customers post-contract to ensure ongoing customer success.
Requirements
At least five years of corporate sales experience, primarily focused on new customer acquisition or business development.
Proven track record and proactive approach to new customer acquisition, with the ability to communicate effectively from executive leadership to data center operations, and to passionately articulate the value of solutions.
Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capability to build and deepen trusted relationships.
Ability to develop and execute account plans that leverage internal resources, lead project teams, and drive the acquisition of new customers.
Experience managing a healthy and robust sales pipeline to ensure achievement of quarterly and annual targets.
Sincerity and passion to engage earnestly with customers primarily in Japan’s social infrastructure sectors including electric power, gas, transportation, and construction, and to deeply understand their business challenges.
Ability to apply insight, creativity, and a challenger mindset to propose solutions to customer challenges by leveraging technical knowledge and Everpure’s product portfolio.
Ability to formulate strategic plans and execute them to maximize revenue and improve operational efficiency within the assigned territory.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Ability to read and understand English using translation tools is preferred.
A strong sense of integrity and passion for customer success even after contract execution.
