Key Responsibilities
Evangelize Pure Storage's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to demonstrate Pure's value and ensure high customer satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and secure new customers
Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Assess customer needs and position Pure's solutions to address their business challenges
Identify and prospect new customers to expand the customer base
Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and foster teamwork with partners
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development, consistently delivering 5-10 million USD per year in revenues.
Experience selling into Commercial customers in Oregon, specifically in Portland, Oregon.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
Ability to lead a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, able to build relationships easily and deepen them over time.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to achieve maximum revenue and efficiency.
Experience building and investing in customer relationships to establish value and drive customer satisfaction.
Experience leading pursuit teams and developing account plans to engage internal resources to execute and win new customers.
Ability to build and manage a healthy and robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
Demonstrated prospecting skills with an avid hunter mentality, consistently opening doors to new customers and positioning solutions effectively.
Experience in applying customer insights and technology expertise to position a portfolio of solutions to solve persistent problems.
Ability to evangelize and explain all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers understand the total value proposition.
Strong leadership skills in managing and coordinating team-selling efforts with teammates and strategic partners globally.
