Key Responsibilities
Evangelize Pure Storage's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to demonstrate Pure's value and ensure high customer satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and secure new customers
Drive and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development.
Proven track record of consistently delivering between 5 million and 10 million USD in revenues per year.
Experience selling into Commercial customers in the Central Florida region, specifically the Greater Orlando Area.
Ability to lead and coordinate overall strategy and relationship management between assigned accounts and Pure Storage.
Experience leading team-selling efforts with teammates and strategic partners around the globe to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
Ability to evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers understand Pure Storage's total value proposition.
Skill in building and investing in customer relationships to establish Pure Storage’s value and drive high customer satisfaction ratings.
Ability to lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources for winning new customers.
Capability to build and manage a healthy and robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication, with the ability to build and deepen relationships over time.
Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a sales territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Expertise in leading complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and driving referenceable business.
Ability to apply customer insights and technology expertise to position Pure Storage solutions effectively.
