The role involves selling enterprise storage solutions to commercial customers, building strong relationships, leading sales strategies, and managing a pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets in the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
Evangelize and promote the company's all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers to demonstrate value and ensure high satisfaction
Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to engage internal resources and secure new customers
Manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Assess customer needs and position solutions to address their business challenges
Identify and prospect new customers to expand the company's client base
Drive post-sales customer success and ensure ongoing satisfaction
Requirements
Experience selling into Commercial customers in the East Bay Area.
Currently selling and living in the Bay Area.
Experience coordinating the overall strategy and relationship management between assigned accounts and the company.
Experience leading team-selling efforts with teammates and strategic partners around the globe to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
Ability to evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions, ensuring customers fully grasp the company's total value proposition.
Ability to build and invest in relationships with customers to establish the company's value and drive customer satisfaction ratings.
Experience leading pursuit teams and developing account plans to ensure engagement of all internal resources to execute and win new customers.
Ability to drive and manage a healthy and robust pipeline of sales activity to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers and understand their business challenges.

Expertise leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
A consistent track record of exceeding sales quota and driving referenceable business.
Passion for post-sales customer success.
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development.
Experience consistently delivering between 5 million and 10 million USD in revenue per year.
