Job Description
A Fire Alarm Fire Sprinkler Senior Inspection Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire alarm and sprinkler systems to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in fire alarm and sprinkler systems
- Perform maintenance, testing, and certification of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspection and maintenance.
- Proven knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, and relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to perform detailed inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm and sprinkler systems.
- Relevant certification or licensing in fire alarm and sprinkler inspection (e.g., NICET certification or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements related to fire protection systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document inspection findings accurately.
- Physical ability to perform inspections which may include climbing ladders, working at heights, and handling inspection tools.
