Job Description
The role involves building and managing revenue forecasting and analysis processes, developing financial models, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's high-growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain revenue forecasting models and processes.
- Own the end-to-end annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly revenue forecasts.
- Analyze and define key revenue drivers across channels, geographies, and cohorts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare accurate revenue forecasts and assumptions.
- Perform variance analysis and communicate insights to executive leadership.
- Prepare executive-level presentations on revenue performance and outlook.
- Ensure alignment of revenue recognition principles with forecasting methodologies (ASC 606).
- Automate and improve planning and reporting processes with Business Intelligence teams.
- Develop and enhance revenue modeling ecosystem for accuracy and explainability.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects related to revenue analysis.
Requirements
- Six (6) years of progressive experience working in an FP&A revenue role, or a combination of auditing revenue accounting, investment banking, and FP&A roles.
- Deep experience in analytics and financial modeling, particularly in building complex, dynamic models from scratch, and tracking forecasting models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability to clearly and succinctly explain complex model characteristics and their results to leadership.
- Familiarity with common financial concepts, including basics of revenue recognition ASC 606 and FX impact estimates.
- Ability to cut to the heart of and articulate issues, scope and select recommended solutions, and implement them.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task while maintaining an emphasis on quality.

Salary range: $128,400 - $160,500 USD (for San Francisco)
