Job Description

The role involves leading talent operations to streamline and optimize the recruiting process, manage a team of operations specialists, and implement technology solutions to support the company's hiring growth across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Talent Operations Roadmap, including project management of AI assessment tool deployment, process standardization, and workflow redesign.
  • Lead and develop a team of operations and coordination professionals across multiple offices, ensuring operational excellence and coverage.
  • Drive SLA compliance and process adherence through process controls, automation, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Reduce time-to-fill by identifying and streamlining operational bottlenecks in scheduling, offer workflows, and document processing.
  • Operationalize and manage the ATS, including configuration, reporting, and compliance for global hiring.
  • Manage headcount approval workflows, including documentation, automation, and communication.
  • Ensure onboarding compliance across multiple geographies, verifying pre-hire documentation and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain the talent operations knowledge base with current processes, policies, and SLAs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide operational data for capacity planning and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Six (6) years of experience in talent operations, or HR operations.
  • Four (4) years managing a team of coordinators and operations specialists at a scaling technology company.
  • Deep expertise with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system, including administration, workflow configuration, custom reporting, and integration management.
  • Experience driving SLA compliance and process adherence across a distributed recruiting team, including building dashboards, setting targets, and holding people accountable.
  • Experience managing recruiting coordination at scale of 100 hires per quarter, including complex multi-timezone scheduling, onsite coordination, and high-volume offer processing.
  • Track record of successfully deploying new recruiting technology such as AI assessment tools, scheduling automation, and assessment platforms with measurable adoption and impact metrics.
  • Project management capability to run multiple concurrent workstreams including roadmap execution, tool deployment, and process redesign without dropping priorities.
  • Experience with global hiring operations, particularly EMEA compliance, offer letter localization, and navigating local employment requirements.
  • Data-oriented mindset using pipeline metrics, SLA data, and process analytics to identify bottlenecks and make decisions based on data, not intuition.
  • Ownership of ATS administration, configuration, and optimization including custom workflows, approval chains, reporting dashboards, offer templates, and compliance-driven fields for global hiring across multiple entities and geographies.
  • Ensuring onboarding compliance for all new hires across multiple geographies, working closely with People Operations to verify pre-hire documentation including background checks, export control clearances, work authorization, and international entity requirements.
  • Building and maintaining the talent operations knowledge base ensuring all processes, policies, and SLAs are documented, current, and accessible to the recruiting team and hiring managers.
