Job Description
The role involves leading global demand generation and marketing operations for a space and data company, focusing on developing strategic digital marketing campaigns, optimizing channels, and collaborating with sales to drive revenue and pipeline growth across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital demand generation strategy to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels including SEM, paid social, SEO, and display advertising.
- Design and implement integrated digital campaigns such as webinars and sponsorships targeting high-value customer segments.
- Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks to engage target accounts using intent data and personalization.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing efforts, including identity-resolved journeys, trigger design, and measurement.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor channel performance, optimize budget allocation, and demonstrate marketing ROI.
- Oversee marketing operations to ensure the MarTech stack is optimized, data governance is maintained, and lead routing is efficient.
- Refine and own the marketing attribution model for campaign performance insights.
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, data science, and revenue operations to align messaging, campaigns, and metrics.
- Lead strategic initiatives involving AI and automation to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.
- Hire, manage, mentor, and coach digital demand generation and marketing operations teams.
Requirements
- Ten years of experience in B2B demand generation at a technology-focused enterprise-scale business.
- Eight years of management experience, building and scaling teams of four or more professionals.
- Experience marketing technical products, data, analytics, and platforms in Defense Intelligence (D I), Civil Government, and Commercial sectors.
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market motions.
- Experience successfully aligning global sales teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to accelerate pipeline and revenue across multiple verticals.
