Job Description
The role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies for the EMEA region, aligning with global revenue goals, managing a marketing team, and partnering with sales to drive growth and market penetration across key sectors such as defense, government, and commercial industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and execute regional marketing strategy and plans for EMEA
- Manage and lead the regional marketing team to achieve regional goals
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy
- Partner with EMEA Sales Leadership to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Design and lead ABM programs to accelerate top account engagement and pipeline growth
- Develop and nurture strategic co-marketing relationships with regional partners and customers
- Own regional revenue targets and marketing pipeline metrics
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution.
- 6 years of Supervisory Leadership experience.
- Experience marketing to B2G Civil and Defense and Intelligence across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of market nuances and competitive dynamics across EMEA.
- Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets.
- Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency.
- Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams.
- Solid experience in partnering with regional sales leaders.
- Solid experience in marketing to government audiences.
- Solid command of modern marketing technology to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, monitor engagement, and calculate ROI.
- Proficient in German.
