Job Description

The role involves managing and strengthening relationships with defense and intelligence clients in the EMEA region, providing expert guidance on geospatial and remote sensing products, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in a remote, security-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in the Defence and Intelligence segment
  • Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of Planet's products
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Co-own contract renewals with sales teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of services and produce timely solutions based on customer needs
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams across the company
  • Provide domain expertise and act as a trusted advisor to defence intelligence customers

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Swedish security clearance
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Experience successfully managing customer relationships or projects in defence
  • 6 years of experience in Customer Success, account management or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, the language of the company
  • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers and sales teams
  • Experience working with defence and intelligence customers across the EMEA region
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive work style, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Experience operating within a classified environment
