Job Description
The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with defense and intelligence customers in the EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption, provide excellent customer service, and leverage domain expertise in remote sensing and geospatial technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with defence and intelligence customers in the EMEA region
- Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of Planet's products
- Onboard and train new clients
- Co-own contract renewals with sales teams
- Ensure successful delivery of services and produce timely solutions aligned with customer needs
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to support customer success
- Leverage domain knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to defence intelligence customers
Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain Swedish security clearance.
- Fluent in Swedish.
- Experience successfully managing customer relationships or projects in defence.
- Six (6) years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, the language of the company.
- Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers and sales teams.
- Experience working with defence and intelligence customers across the EMEA region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive work style, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Experience operating within a classified environment.
