Job Description

The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with defense and intelligence customers in the EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption, provide excellent customer service, and leverage domain expertise in remote sensing and geospatial technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with defence and intelligence customers in the EMEA region
  • Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of Planet's products
  • Onboard and train new clients
  • Co-own contract renewals with sales teams
  • Ensure successful delivery of services and produce timely solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Communicate regularly with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with sales and other internal teams to support customer success
  • Leverage domain knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor to defence intelligence customers

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Swedish security clearance.
  • Fluent in Swedish.
  • Experience successfully managing customer relationships or projects in defence.
  • Six (6) years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, the language of the company.
  • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers and sales teams.
  • Experience working with defence and intelligence customers across the EMEA region.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive work style, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Experience operating within a classified environment.
