Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions to enhance internal productivity and automate business processes within the organization, focusing on natural language processing, automation, and integration with existing enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance internal productivity and automate business processes.
- Identify opportunities for AI integration across organizational workflows and systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities with existing enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and others.
- Build and maintain APIs and data connectors to support AI applications.
- Create dashboards to monitor performance, adoption, and impact of AI solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and model accuracy in AI implementations.
Requirements
- Ten (10) years of experience in a solution engineering architecture or technical product management role, with a focus on digital employee experience and intelligent automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools such as Gemini App, Vertex AI, or similar technology.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and related technologies such as vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Solid understanding of system architecture and APIs.
- Expertise in using tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar to create clear and compelling dashboards.
- Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into effective, scalable AI solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as Google Workspace, Gemini App, Notebook LM, Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence to integrate AI capabilities.
- Experience in managing APIs and data connectors to ensure smooth operation of AI solutions.
- Ability to build metric dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact, adoption, and value of deployed AI agents and solutions.
- Experience collaborating with Security and Compliance teams to implement best practices for data privacy, model accuracy, and security in all AI solutions.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.

Salary range: $182,900 - $228,600 USD (dependent on experience, skills, location)
