Job Description
The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with defense and intelligence customers in the EMEA region, acting as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption, ensure customer satisfaction, and support contract renewals, with a focus on geospatial and remote sensing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Assist customers in expanding their usage and adoption of products
- Onboard and train new clients
- Co-own contract renewal processes with sales
- Ensure successful delivery of services and produce timely solutions based on customer needs
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the contract lifecycle and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with Sales and other teams across the company
- Serve as a trusted advisor and domain expert for Defence Intelligence customers
Requirements
- Four years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience successfully managing customer relationships or projects in defence.
- Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company, and Arabic.
- Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with international customers and sales teams.
- Experience working with defence and intelligence customers across the Middle East.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive work style, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements.
- Ability to travel internationally.
