Job Description
The Senior Customer Development Manager will focus on expanding customer relationships, driving growth across key accounts and industries, and supporting the adoption of PhysicsX's AI-driven simulation software for engineering and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with multiple key accounts across industries.
- Identify patterns and shape opportunities to expand customer engagement.
- Drive customer growth by promoting the adoption of PhysicsX's simulation software solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Must have the legal right to work in the US, as the company does not provide visa sponsorship in the US.
- Experience operating across multiple accounts to spot patterns, shape opportunities, and deepen relationships.
- Proven ability to drive customer growth and transform the future of engineering through account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong skills in account management, business development, and cross-functional collaboration relevant to scaling presence across key accounts and industries.
- Ability to operate at a senior level within customer organizations to influence decision-making and foster long-term relationships.
