Job Description
The Senior Manager, Channel Management is responsible for developing and executing channel strategies to drive revenue growth, managing partner relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and optimizing partner programs within a high-tech or service-driven industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive partner engagement models to support service-led growth and high-value solutions
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate partner performance and program effectiveness
- Lead quarterly business reviews and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment across the partner lifecycle
- Contribute to global channel leadership and influence go-to-market strategies
- Assess market trends, partner feedback, and competitive dynamics to refine the channel model
- Lead and manage the Inside Channel Specialists team supporting the Channel organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8 years of experience in channel management, marketing, sales, or account business development preferably in high-tech or service-driven industries
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a high potential for action and results
- Deep understanding of the services channel landscape and partner economics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex partner relationships
- Must be able to travel by air
- Occasional overseas travel for extended periods required
- Occasional domestic travel required
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
