The Senior Leadership Development Specialist designs, leads, and evaluates leadership programs to enhance organizational leadership capabilities, partnering with HR and executives to drive measurable business impact through coaching, workshops, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop leadership curricula and development programs for various organizational levels.
Lead the creation of strategic leadership pathways, including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and stretch assignments.
Facilitate leadership workshops and executive development sessions.
Provide coaching to leaders across different levels.
Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify leadership capability gaps.
Evaluate leadership program effectiveness using data and business performance metrics.
Collaborate with HR and executives to align leadership initiatives with organizational priorities.
Lead enterprise projects related to succession planning, leadership pipeline, and talent reviews.
Mentor and support junior facilitators, instructional designers, and training staff.
Manage program logistics, stakeholder engagement, and communication for leadership cohorts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
7 to 10 years of experience in leadership development, OD, or Talent Management.
Demonstrated success leading leadership programs with measurable business impact.
Advanced facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight-driven development strategies.
Expert knowledge of leadership models, adult learning, and organizational development practices.
Ability to collaborate across teams while also leading independent strategic projects.
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual facilitation platforms.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Ability to deliver training and coaching for extended periods.
Must be able to look at a computer screen for 4 hours at a time.
Regular and on-time attendance.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office unless otherwise specified.
