Job Description
The CRM Developer role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment with business goals, providing technical support, and managing system integrations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Salesforce solutions and enhancements using Apex.
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, configurations, and data models.
- Coordinate system testing, create use cases, and manage interfaces for Salesforce and related applications.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment of data structures with business services.
- Perform application version updates, including coordination and testing with vendors and corporate teams.
- Provide technical support, develop documentation, and assist in resolving application incidents.
- Manage projects related to business process improvements and ensure system resources and capacity are optimized.
- Collaborate with international teams, manage vendor relationships, and communicate project status effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in CIS, BIS, or related field and 3 years of experience in Salesforce development utilizing Apex, or an Associate Degree with 5 years of experience in Salesforce development utilizing Apex
- Prior hands-on Salesforce CRM experience required
- Experience integrating and interfacing systems required
- Strong project management skills required
- Knowledge of relational database systems and experience with SQL required
- Ability to adjust quickly to rapidly changing priorities required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all company levels and cultures required
- Experience working on global international teams preferred
- Experience working with and managing vendors required
- Ability to manage projects across technical and functional disciplines required
- Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule required
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for extended periods up to 4 hours
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of 2-4 hours at a time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to travel in vehicles, automobiles, trains, planes for up to 10 hours
- Must comply with company dress code guidelines
- Must be able to travel to foreign countries
- Must be on-call 24x7, as required
- Regular and on-time attendance required
