A Senior Associate role focused on supporting the development, financial analysis, due diligence, and M&A activities of utility-scale renewable energy projects within a leading renewable energy platform in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models for utility-scale renewable energy projects
Conduct financial analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decisions
Lead comprehensive due diligence for project financing, including financial risk assessment
Manage M&A workstreams related to investment evaluation, tax, and accounting due diligence
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external advisors during M&A processes
Evaluate investment opportunities and contribute to deal structuring and negotiations
Prepare and deliver financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is a prerequisite.
An MBA in Finance is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence for renewable project financing is mandatory.
Proven track record in creating and leveraging financial models for M A activity, specifically within the utility-scale renewable energy domain.
Financial modelling capability will be assessed early in the hiring process.
Up to 6 years of work experience in the investments space for infrastructure, particularly at the asset level.
Experience in platform level renewable project investments will be useful.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis is paramount.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
