Job Description
The Program Manager will support regional project management efforts by driving project execution, ensuring governance and standards compliance, and providing portfolio oversight through reporting and collaboration across multiple projects, often in international settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce project management methodologies and develop SOPs, templates, and guidelines.
- Consolidate project data to produce executive portfolio reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with project teams to create and track detailed execution plans.
- Lead the rollout and support of project management tools.
- Support budget tracking and resource allocation across projects.
- Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects and regions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for timely project delivery.
- Demonstrate understanding of international project standards and coordinate travel as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO functions, project program planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects as well as smaller, fast-track energy solutions, balancing both aspects of the PEAK business model.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ASANA, and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to demonstrate awareness and understanding of international project environments, standards, and practices.
- Willing to travel occasionally to different countries for project implementation, coordination, and reviews.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-related certifications are preferred.
