The Program Manager will support regional project management efforts by overseeing project execution, ensuring governance and standards compliance, and providing reporting and strategic insights across multiple projects, often in international energy-related environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce project management methodologies and develop SOPs, templates, and guidelines for project execution.
Consolidate project data to produce executive portfolio reports and monitor KPIs, risks, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with project teams to create detailed execution plans and track progress to ensure alignment with timelines and standards.
Lead the rollout and support the adoption of project management tools, providing training and maintaining functionality.
Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and generate financial and performance reports for management.
Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple projects in different regions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrate awareness of international project standards and travel as needed for project implementation and reviews.
Requirements
Proven experience in PMO functions, project program planning, tracking, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects as well as smaller, fast-track projects, particularly in energy solutions, balancing both aspects of the PEAK business model.
Hands-on experience in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, ASANA, and MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to demonstrate awareness and understanding of international project environments, standards, and practices.
Willingness to travel occasionally to different countries for project implementation, coordination, and reviews.
