The Sales Manager for Taiwan is responsible for expanding renewable energy sales activities by developing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth in Taiwan's evolving energy market, with a focus on corporate and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial sales activities, including negotiations and contract closures with clients such as retailers, corporations, and institutional buyers.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales volume and achieve targets.
Create tailored renewable energy solutions for corporate clients, municipalities, and other entities, ensuring contract execution.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on project timelines, contract terms, and compliance requirements.
Identify and prioritize market opportunities in Taiwan's renewable energy sector, focusing on deregulated segments and strategic partnerships.
Monitor regulatory changes, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including government agencies, power producers, and project partners.
Represent the company at industry events, forums, and networking sessions to enhance market presence.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record in sales, client management, and negotiating commercial contracts, especially within the energy or renewable energy sectors.
Bachelor's degree in business, energy, finance, or a related field preferred.
Understanding of Taiwan's energy market, regulatory frameworks, and PPA structures.
Experience with large-scale energy solutions or renewable energy projects is a plus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team environment.
