Job Description
Peak Energy is seeking an Intern in Renewable Energy Finance to support investment analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and reporting for renewable energy projects, contributing to the company's efforts in developing sustainable energy solutions across Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of financial models for renewable energy projects and M&A opportunities
- Evaluate investment opportunities through financial analysis and assist in deal structuring
- Assist in the due diligence process by gathering information and assessing risks and opportunities
- Prepare presentations and internal reports highlighting financial performance and key indicators
Requirements
- Currently in an undergraduate or post-graduate programme with background in finance, accounting or other related fields.
- Experience in creating and utilizing financial models, particularly in the renewable sector, will be seen favourably but is not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
