The HR Intern will support Peak Energy's HR team with onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and project initiatives, helping to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience within a renewable energy company.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation sessions, assigning mentors, and preparing new hire documentation
Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, revoking system access, and coordinating final payroll
Assist in administering performance reviews and supporting employee goal-setting and feedback processes
Identify and propose process improvements within HR operations and participate in HR automation projects
Maintain accurate HR records, track key metrics, and support the preparation of HR reports and analytics
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Lists, and Power Automate is highly preferred.
