The Program Lead for Enterprise Data Systems is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for enterprise systems that support manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring seamless integration and data visibility across teams to enable scalable production of renewable ocean energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Define and prioritize the strategy and roadmap for enterprise data systems in collaboration with cross-functional leaders.
Manage the execution of the enterprise data systems roadmap, including stakeholder communication.
Evaluate and select application development options, identifying opportunities for software solutions to support business growth.
Align digital system implementation with company objectives and production scale-up plans.
Collaborate with IT to establish architectural governance ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Lead the hiring and coordination of internal or external teams for system implementation, integrations, and end-user training.
Requirements
Experience leading enterprise data system implementations or refreshes in a manufactured product context
6 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production, supply chain, and operational finance teams to implement, improve, or maintain an enterprise data system application
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to lead by influence at both strategic and operational levels
