The role involves coordinating the final system integration of ocean energy nodes, working closely with fabrication and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly and testing of complex hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive execution plans for final integration activities at fabrication sites and during node lifespan
Lead integration execution, including team coordination, site presence, and on-call support during integration periods
Manage entry and exit criteria for successful integration, ensuring GSE readiness, safety, and hardware availability
Maintain internal reporting on work progress, issues, and team successes
Incorporate lessons learned into future integration activities
Requirements
2-5 years of experience directly involved with integration or commissioning planning and execution for complex hardware systems such as automobiles, aerospace vehicles, ships, or manufacturing lines.
4-6 years of experience working cross-functionally with technical teams to deliver a hardware product.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated project delivery against aggressive timelines.
Experience leading readiness reviews and retrospectives.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
